1. How much does the delivery cost?

We work with Findex  for the Azerbaijan region, CDEK Logistics for Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan for the İsrael, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Netherlands, England, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, and Norway Ups Logistics

2. What is the delivery time for orders?

Flights run twice a week:

• Wednesday
• Saturday
• Your products delivered to our Istanbul warehouse are in the regional warehouse within 3 working days.
• It is delivered to your door in the fastest and safest way by courier from the regional warehouse.
• You are notified when your packages are in the Istanbul warehouse, on the way, and in the regional warehouse.

3. How many days will my order arrive?

Your order will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days depending on where you live after being received by the delivery company.

4. What delivery companies do you work with?

We work with Findex , CDEK Logistics, and UPS

5. Will the order be delivered on holidays and weekends?

Shipping Companies will handle delivery on Saturdays half a day. However, delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays.

6. When my order arrived, I was not at the delivery address. What should I do?

If you are not found at the address indicated by you, the Delivery Company will carry out delivery 2 more times for free. If during subsequent deliveries it is not possible to find a buyer at the address, then you will have to pick up from the branch.

7. Can I receive my order from the branch?

 You can indicate that you want to receive cargo from the branch by providing your cargo tracking number to the delivery company.
